Our Culinary Vision

At Orange Sky Catering, we specialize in thinking outside the box to create events that are both flavorful and beautiful. We are re-writing the script on traditional catering to bring Sarasota vibrant food, personalized event design & upbeat service to create a delightful lasting impression. 

Who we are

Chef Brandon Clark, Owner

Originally from Wilmington North Carolina, Brandon has been an executive chef in the catering industry for 26 years.  He then moved to Nashville, Tennessee to cultivate his craft. He now brings his expertise to Sarasota to create Orange Sky Catering alongside his partner Annalia. 

Chef Annalia Rissman, Owner

Born and raised in Sarasota, FL, Annalia has always had the passion for elevated culinary experiences. Bringing 6 years of catering management knowledge paired with a bachelor's degree in hospitality management she is well versed and excited to cater to Sarasota alongside Brandon.
